Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 718sp ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 718sp website, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the 718sp platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the 718sp platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, fish shooting games, sports betting markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and football), and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered players. Player Eligibility

To register an account and use the 718sp platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception. 718sp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. The 718sp platform is strictly for adults. 718sp performs age verification checks and will suspend any account where a player is found to be below the minimum age. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be forfeited.
  • You must be registering and playing for your own personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, resale of services, or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling block, or court-ordered restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
  • You must hold only one registered account on the 718sp platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes fraud and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their 718sp account credentials at all times. 718sp will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login details.

  • Your 718sp account password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances, including family members. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 718sp support immediately.
  • 718sp may require identity verification (KYC) at any point during your account lifecycle. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 718sp account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you permit another person to use your account, you accept full liability for their actions and any resulting losses.
  • 718sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.

Upon permanent account closure initiated by 718sp for a Terms violation, any bonus funds, pending withdrawals tied to unmet wagering requirements, or funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Real money balances not subject to a bonus hold will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

718sp accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on 718sp.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 718sp does not charge platform fees on deposits, but your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, over which 718sp has no control.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed by the 718sp finance team. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are completed on the same calendar day as the request, subject to completed KYC verification and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirement is attached to the balance being withdrawn.
  • All payment methods used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the verified identity on your 718sp account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will not be processed under any circumstances.
  • 718sp reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a player account where required by internal risk management procedures. Players are expected to cooperate fully with such requests.
  • 718sp does not accept deposits made using credit facilities or funds obtained through illegal means. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. 718sp maintains the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

718sp offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new registrants, reload bonuses, and seasonal campaign promotions. All bonuses issued by 718sp are subject to the terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms attached to an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

  • Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 718sp bonuses is a rollover of the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the registration of additional accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
  • Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used for real-money wagering on the 718sp platform. Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash at any stage prior to the full completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
  • 718sp reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including any offer currently in progress. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has met the associated wagering requirement, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the player's account balance.

ℹ️ Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of automated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated betting rings to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. 718sp uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited and the relevant accounts will be permanently closed.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

  • Registering or operating more than one account on the 718sp platform (multi-accounting), regardless of the names or payment methods used.
  • Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the 718sp platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or circumventing security measures.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes on the 718sp platform.
  • Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 718sp complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions where required by law.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 718sp platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 718sp or is licensed to 718sp by its respective third-party owners. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 718sp intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, display, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the 718sp platform without prior written permission from 718sp. Unauthorised use of 718sp intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 718sp expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if 718sp has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

  • Any financial losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of gambling activity conducted on the 718sp platform, including losses attributable to technical errors, connectivity failures, or service interruptions beyond 718sp's reasonable control.
  • Any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the 718sp platform.
  • Any losses arising from your reliance on information, tips, predictions, or third-party content accessed through or in connection with the 718sp platform, including sports statistics, odds commentary, or game strategy content.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

The 718sp platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and players should only ever wager amounts they can genuinely afford to lose.

718sp provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation. Definitions

"Platform"
Refers to the 718sp website, mobile web interface, and all associated services, products, and features made available to registered players at https://718sp.ws and its sub-paths.
"Player" / "User"
Any individual who has registered a valid account on the 718sp platform and who uses or accesses any feature of the platform, whether or not a wager has been placed.
"Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover"
The total real-money wager amount that must be placed on eligible games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. Expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total).
"KYC"
Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process used by 718sp to confirm a player's identity, age, address, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests or as required by internal risk procedures.
"Self-Exclusion"
A voluntary account restriction, activated by the player via account settings or by contacting 718sp support, that blocks all real-money wagering activity on the player's account for a specified or indefinite period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation.

Amendments and Governing Law

718sp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. Amendments take effect from the moment the updated Terms are published on this page. It is the responsibility of each player to review the Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the 718sp platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and best-practice standards, as applied by 718sp in its sole discretion. 718sp makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 718sp of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a continuing waiver of that breach or of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
